These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vocabulary Widget app and this website, operated by Widget Games Inc. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Vocabulary Widget offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Vocabulary Widget Pro") that unlock all word lists and premium widget themes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Words, definitions, and artwork presented in the App are provided for learning and educational purposes and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or any part of it except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widget Games Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
